Lori Tyll is Vice President of Operations for FranchisEsource Brands International (FSBI) supporting national brands The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES), and sister companies AdviCoach and Business Partner Marketing Coach.  Lori has been with the organization for over 8 years. Together with Terry Powell, CEO of FSBI, Lori has been a key contributor to the growth of the national brands with now over 475 offices and growing. In 2005, Lori worked with Terry Powell to acquire Business Adviser's International (now AdviCoach), then assuming the managerial operations responsibilities of running the company. Lori received her ICFE certification in November of 2004. 

 
Lori manages all financial, administrative, compliance and human resources functions for all brands under FranchisEsource Brands International (FSBI). She’s responsible for a multi-million dollar budget, organizes all franchise expositions and company functions including the TES Annual Conference. Lori is an active trainer for new franchisees and recently produced a documentary on the history of TES. Lori is well connected in the franchise community and is active in the IFA participating in many franchise industry-related functions. 
 
Lori’s extensive background in accounting, administration and office automation has helped streamline process efficiencies and identify best practice business models for TES and former employers.
 
Lori has lead project teams in several companies migrate from a manual to an automated accounting system.
Lori is passionate about the advancement of women. In 2006, Lori, along with a colleague, formed an organization of women from TES, its sister companies BAI, and Décor and You. WEBB – Women Empowered By Business, is designed to promote and empower women in business. WEBB recently celebrated its first year as an organization with over 100 active members. Lori is also active in the local Women’s Franchise Committee (WTC) and helped form the first local chapter of women franchise owners in Connecticut. She is also an active member of the Southbury Business Association.
 
Lori is a dedicated community leader and has served in various leadership positions in the local women’s club, her homeowners association and with the women’s group in church.   As a seasoned franchise executive, Lori is widely respected for her contributions, dedication and enthusiasm for the company and the franchise industry.
