Brian K. Miller

Brian Miller joined The Entrepreneur's Source (TES) in October 2003 as Vice President of Operations and Training bringing an extensive background in franchising, staffing and business management. Because of his contributions, within 2 years Brian achieved the title of president of TES. Brian is currently responsible for establishing key strategic initiatives for the placement coaching, business-to-business target markets and all aspects of training and operations.
As a fifteen-year veteran in franchising, Brian also serves on the executive management team for the other national brands that fall under FranchisEsource Brands International (FSBI) including Business Advisers International (BAI), FranchiseSearch.com and Business Partner. Brian plays a key role in all aspects of training and support for TES, BAI and Business Partner franchisees.
Brian comes to TES as a seasoned franchise executive having spent over 15 years in the staffing industry with Snelling Staffing, one of the nation’s premier franchise staffing firms. Brian has over 20 years experience in the human resources, recruitment and training and development.
During his tenure with Snelling he held varying responsibilities including leadership capacity for both franchise
and company-owned operations and training. Brian also assisted in the formation of Snelling University.
Due to Brian’s extensive business background, he frequently appears as a guest on business talk shows, both on radio and television including Bloomberg Financial Money Show and on CNN. Business journal editors use Brian as a source for articles on general business, business coaching, the economy, the job market, franchising and staffing concerns. He has been quoted in numerous magazine articles this year addressing the job market and the economy. Brian is a sought out speaker and trainer on topics as broad as designing creative staffing programs, compensation, incentive planning, recruitment efforts and other human resources related issues.
Additionally, Brian has an extensive sales background in business-to-business, national and major sales accounts. Brian has designed numerous, creative human capital programs to solve the staffing needs of very diverse companies.
At TES’s Performance Enhancement Center, Brian has helped positioned FSBI as a leader in franchise training, creating an extensive state-of-the-art training center using Virtual classrooms and distance learning programs.
